How to Listen Better

Updated: Apr 3

Episode 4 - Small Business Podcast

The biggest communication problem we face is that we don’t listen to understand, we listen to reply. Join Sue, (the coach) and Abigail (the web designer) as they discuss ways to become a ‘better listener’. *Episode produced by Keith Mohr

Question from the Audience

"Most of my sales meetings have been remote, how can I lead a team of people that have so many distractions going on in their home offices? I feel like I'm not leading them well, remotely." We dive right into how to lead better while you're working with a team remotely.

Hacks, Tips, Tricks, and Gadgets

We listen better when we're relaxed, so Sue thought this would be the perfect episode to recommend a new foot massager she got. I asked if it tickles, because if you know me, you know I hate being tickled. Sometimes I still giggle when I get my feet done at a nail spa! Sue says this foot massager doesn't tickle. She describes it like this, "It hurts so good!" If you're looking for a little gadget to help you relax this, foot massager is the way to go! It fits men up to size 12 and women up to size 14.
